Oil Painting Process Post #2

I am still trying to get used to painting from life, but I am slowly learning and moving through the process. So far, I've learned a lot about looking for the minor details while also trying to stay with the big picture and trying my best not to mess up the composition by overworking one part of the painting and ignoring the rest. I plan to finish more details on the flower so I can finish the rest of the grisaille painting.
